Bring face-to-face training online

Training had previously been delivered face-to-face. With in-person learning, it was difficult to monitor results and deliver consistent training and scale of messaging to various store locations across the globe. They wanted to bring this training online and up-to-date.

Unique learning experiences

Alongside in-house capability, they wanted the flexibility to bring in external content for key projects that would be used to showcase specific aspects of their training programme and deliver a unique and engaging learning experience.

Upskill the internal L&D team

Stella McCartney wanted their internal team to design, author and create in-house content – which would enable them to deliver their online global training programme. This would require skills and systems training to give their team the expertise they required.
