From supermodels to celebrities, she has worked on over 100 Vogue covers and alongside countless fashion houses. With a broad range of award-winning products, the business has a diverse range of L&D needs such as corporate and retail education as well as brand knowledge.

Charlotte Tilbury’s vision

Integral to the ongoing success and growth of the brand, the learning and development team at Charlotte Tilbury needed to replace previously instructor-led courses with digital resources to upskill their retail teams on a global scale.  

This was coupled with growing pressure to acquire the right software, skills, and deliver a full schedule of learning in a limited time frame.

Charlotte Tilbury wanted a quick way to onboard new starters in the absence of face-to-face training. This had it’s challenges including global reach and internal capabilities to develop the content independently; with lack of resource and knowledge of Articulate’s authoring tools.

Omniplex Learning have worked with the team consistently over the past two years on their New Product Development curriculums and a preboarding programme for Retail and Head Office teams, fully immersing the learner into the Charlotte Tilbury world, which put the learner at the heart of their working environment before their first day!

Taking it mobile

Omniplex Learning custom built mobile courses, so that shop floor employees had access to learning content despite where they were. Now, every new employee receives a personalised, frictionless experience, giving them access to the learning content they need to perform and progress their careers from day one.

With double digit growth in the brand since the programme’s inception, online learning completion rates are now up from 22% to 83% globally. That’s not all, creation of Charlotte Tilbury’s preboarding module, has saved the team on average £144K year on year!
