Training
The brief

Aztec Group needed to transform its approach to compliance training. Dealing with critical topics like anti-money laundering and anti-bribery, they sought a learning experience that would capture attention, encourage action, and reflect their values.
The vision was clear, to equip learners with the tools and mindset needed to navigate risk, spot red flags, and think like compliance champions. To do this, they needed a partner who could help them build their own league of learning superheroes.
From off-the-shelf to bespoke content
Aztec Group required training content that was aligned with their tone of voice, values, and business needs, moving away from generic third-party modules.
Build internal capability
They aimed to equip their L&D team, the Aztec Academy, with the tools and training to create high-quality, engaging content independently.
A new benchmark for compliance training
The goal was to create a flagship course, ‘AML Heroes’ – that would raise the standard for all future learning content across the business.
Enhance learner engagement
Aztec sought to improve how compliance training was received by employees, making it more interactive, relevant, and well-received.

“Compliance and anti-money laundering are complex, often uninspiring topics to present – but I believed we could make this essential training more impactful and engaging. Omniplex Learning helped us prove that was entirely possible.”

The results

“I was very impressed by the way that Omniplex Learning managed the project and kept us involved at every step. The team were knowledgeable and enthusiastic to work with us which kept the relationship positive and productive.”
